Household without Dependents
The program for households without dependents provides well maintained rental housing for households within income eligibility criteria households. Units consist of apartments, row houses, and townhouses varying in size from one- to two-bedroom units. Most units are located on the west side of the river in Saskatoon. Placements are according to greatest need and availability of units. Pets are not permitted in any of our accommodations. There is no emergency housing.

How rent is determined

Rents are a fixed rate slightly lower than average comparable market rent. |

Eligibility

The maximum income limit is $44,500 per year for singles and couples without dependents. |

Security deposits are required. Depending on the property, there may be additional costs such as utilities and parking. |
